Disgusting service, i cant wait for my contract to finish SO I can move over.

Please avoid their service everyone - companies like this do not deserve your business. Read down the rest of the comments, and make your own choice about whether this is a better service than BT, or a rebadged service from a 3rd party run by a bunch of people whose idea of marketing is spam calls and hidden prices. How do you expect their customer service will be? For info, I'd recommend Plusnet if you're looking for a good supplier who know what they're doing.
