- Louise Gibson Review added: 2018.08.28★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Really disappointed with this spa. I booked two "school out" treatments totalling 50 mins each. On arrival a mix up had been done. I ended up with a half hour treatment and my daughter got a 10 min back massage. No apology nothing. After speaking to the manager by phone she said a free complimentary 2 x 50 minute treatments would be emailed to me. You guessed it I'm still waiting. Please check your bookings as I still ended up paying for both people.
